Just on behalf of KENNETH DeLOISELLE applied to the Southold Town Trustees for a permit under the provisions of the Wetland Ordinance of the Town of Southold, application dated May 14, 2002, and, WHEREAS, said application xvas referred to the Southold To~m Conservation Advisory Council for their findings and recommendations, and, WHEREAS, a Public Hearing was held by the Town Trustees with respect to said applicgtion on June 26, 2002, at which time all interested persons were given an opportunity to be heard, and, WHEREAS, the Board members have personally viewed and are familiar with the premises in question and the surrounding area, and, WHEREAS, the Board has considered all the testimony and documentation submitted concerning this application, and, WHEREAS, the structure complies with the standards set forth in Chapter 97 of the Southold Town Code, WHEREAS, the Board has determined that the project as proposed will not affect the health, safety and general welfare of the people of the town, NOW THEREFORE BE IT, RESOLVED, that the Board of Trustees approve the application of KENNETIt DeLOISELLE to reconstruct in-place +/-135' of timber bulkhead utilizing vinyl sheathing, to backfill structure with +/-10 cy. of clean sand which shall be tracked in from an upland source and to replant a 10'X 20' area iinmediately landward of southwest comer of the bulkheading with 2-3' Baccharis 5' on center. Permit to construct and complete project will expire two years from the date it is signed. Fees must be paid, if applicable, and permit issued within six months of the date of this notification.
