Dear Mr. Anderson:
The Board of Town Trustees took the following action during its regular meeting held on
Wednesday, April 20, 2005 regarding the above matter:
WHEREAS, Suffolk Environmental Consulting, Inc.on behalf of ENZO MORABITO
applied to the Southold Town Trustees for a permit under the provisions of Chapter 97
of the Southold Town Code, the Wetland Ordinance of the Town of Southold,
application dated March 18, 2005, and
WHEREAS, said application was referred to the Southoid Town Conservation Advisory
Council for their findings and recommendations, and,
WHEREAS, a Public Hearing was held by the Town Trustees with respect to said
application on April 20, 2005 at which time all interested persons were given an
opportunity to be heard, and,
WHEREAS, the Board members have personally viewed and are familiar with the
premises in question and the surrounding area, and,
WHEREAS, the Board has considered all the testimony and documentation submitted
concerning this application, and,
WHEREAS, the structure complies with the standards set forth in Chapter 97 of the
Southold Town Code,
RESOLVED, that the Board of Trustees approve the application of ENZO MORABITO
to construct a single-family dwelling, attached rear deck, pervious driveway, sanitary
system and private well, with the conditions of gutters and drywells to contain roof
runoff, and the area seaward of the Coastal Erosion line be replanted after the removal
of the existing structures, as per the planting plan prepared by Suffolk Environmental
Consulting, Inc. dated April 28, 2005 with no turf seaward of the proposed house, and
all as depicted on the plan prepared by Peconic Surveyors last dated November 18,
2004.
Permit to construct and complete project will expire two years from the date the permit
is signed. Fees must be paid, if applicable, and permit issued within six months of the
date of this notification.
Inspections are required at a fee of $50.00 per inspection. (See attached schedule.)

Enclosed herewith please find three copies of the revised survey of
Peconic Surveyors for the property referenced above. On that survey two
drywells have been added. I addition, ! also enclose a Plantings Plan prepared
by this office on this date which provides for the re-vegetation of the area
presently occupied by the accessory structures (deck and gazebo) that would be
removed as part of this application. As a final matter, I enclose a check made
payable to the Town of Southold in the amount of $50.00 covering the inspection
fee. All of these requirements came about during your public hearing of April
20th.
