At a meeting of the Zoning Board of Appeals on June 11 , 19 ~? , the reference appeal was considered and the action indicated below was taken on your: ( ) Request for an interpretation of the Zoning Ordinance ( ) Request for a special permit under the Zoning Ordinance (x) Request for variance to the Zoning Ordinance ( ) Request for a temporary permit INTERPRETATION. The Board adopted the following resolution which states its interpretation of the Zoning Ordinance as requested in your appeal: 5 SPECIAL PERMIT. By resolution of the Board it was determined that: a special permit ( ) be granted ( ) be denied pursuant to Article__Section__, Subsection , paragraph of the Zoning Ordinance, and the decision of the Building Inspector ( ) be reversed ( ) be confirmed because: e VARIANCE. The work covered by this application may not be commenced before issuance of Building Permit. d.
