POLICY: At scheduled Town Board meetings, the attending public is encouraged to briefly address the Town Board relating to agenda resolutions prior to their enactment; the public will also be given time at the conclusion of the regularly scheduled business agenda to address the Board on any given topic. Call to Order. Pledge of Allegiance. Approval of the Audit of Bills of July 5, 2005. RESOLUTIONS Special Note: At the start of the Town Board Meeting the Supervisor will invite the public to speak on the following resolutions. 411. Appoint Jesse S. Duthrie to the position of part-time, seasonal deck hand for the Fishers Island Ferry District. 412. Promote Anthony Mirabelli from the position of deck hand to Captain for the Fishers Island Ferry District. 413. Authorize and direct Supervisor Horton to sign an Agreement with the Suffolk County Marine Environmental Learning Center (Cornell Cooperative Extension) for the 2005 Shellfish Program at Cedar Beach, Southold. 414. Accept the notice of retirement of Arthur Ruroede from his position of Maintenance Mechanic II in the Public Works Department. 415. Set 5:00 p.m., July 19, 2005, Southold Town Hall, as the time and place for a public hearing on the purchase of the 30.785 + acres of property owned by NOFO Associates or the successors thereto (a/k/a McFeely), SCTM #1000-125-1-14, Mattituck. 416. Authorize and direct Supervisor Horton to sign a Corporate Authorization Resolution with the Bridgehampton National Bank adding Linda J. Cooper, Deputy Town Clerk, as an additional agent for the Town Clerk's Account. 417. Authorize modification to the Highway Fund Part Town 2005 budget for over-expended appropriations. 418. Release Kathy MacDonald from her position as a 2005 Stillwater Lifeguard, effective immediately. 419. Release John Boucher from his position as a 2005 Beach Attendant, effective immediately. Appoint 2005 Stillwater Lifeguards: Thomas Anderson, Alejandro Gorman, Andres Gorman; and Beach Attendant Thomas Smith. 421. Appoint Daniel A. Williams as Intern I in the Town Clerk Records Management Department. 422. Appoint Mike P. Patern as Intern I in the Town Clerk Records Management Department. 423. Authorize and direct Supervisor Horton to execute Agreements with Harold's LLC (Harold Cook) for the maintenance of the Pump Station at the Fishers Island Sewer District and for the maintenance of the Grounds of the Fishers Island Sewer District. 424. Authorize and direct Supervisor Horton to sign an Agreement with the North Fork Housing Alliance as part of the 2005 Community Block Grant Program. 425. Authorize and direct Supervisor Horton to sign an Agreement with the Robert Perry Child Day Care Program as part of the 2005 Community Block Grant Program. 426. Authorize and direct Supervisor Horton to sign an Agreement with the North Fork Early Learning Center as part of the 2005 Community Block Grant Program. 427. Authorize modification to the General Fund Whole Town 2005 budget for software maintenance. 428. Authorize and direct the Town Clerk to advertise for a Maintenance Mechanic III position for the Department of Public Works. 429. Authorize modification to the 2005 budget for Zoning Maps. 430. Grant permission to the Southold Town Board of Trustees to place an ad in the Suffolk Times and the Traveler-Watchman advertising for a Public Information Hearing to discuss the proposed Mooring and Anchorage Chapter of the Town Code. 431. Appoint Mark Ulz to the position of full-time Custodial Worker in the Department of Public Works. 432. Appoint Michael DeVito as a temporary Cook at the Nutrition Center. 433.
