TELEPHONE (516) 765-1809 MINUTES SPECIAL MEETING OCTOBER 9, 1982 A Special Meeting of the Southold Town Board of Appeals was held on Saturday, October 9, 1982 at 9:15 o'clock a.m. at the Southold Town Hall, Main Road, Southold, New York. Present were: Gerard P. Goehringer, Chairman; Charles Grigonis, Jr.; Robert J. Douglass and Joseph H. Sawicki. (Absent was: Serge Doyen, Fishers Island). Also present were: Victor Lessard, Executive Administrator [Building Department] and William B. Smith. The Chairman opened the meeting at 9:25 a.m. APPROVAL OF MINUTES: On motion by Mr. Goehringer, seconded by Mr. Douglass, it was RESOLVED, to approve the Minutes of Meetings held September 9, 1982 and Special Meeting held September 16, 1982. Vote of the Board: Ayes: Messrs. Goehringer, Grigonis, Doug- lass and Sawicki. Member Doyen was absent. This resolution was unanimously adopted. SET-UPS FOR NEXT REGULAR MEETING: On motion by Mr. Douglass, seconded by Mr. Goehringer, it was RESOLVED, that the following applications be and hereby are scheduled for PUBLIC HEARINGS TO BE HELD AT THE NEXT REGULAR MEET- · NG OF THIS BOARD, TO WIT, OCTOBER 21, 1982, and that notice of same shall be advertised pursuant to law in the local and official newspapers of the town: 8:00 p.m. Appeal No. 3043.
