SPECIAL MEETING
JULY 17, 1982
A Special Meeting of the Southold Town Board of Appeals was
held on Saturday, July 17, 1982 at 9:15 a.m. at the Southold Town
Hall, Main Road, Southold, New York.
Present were: Gerard P. Goehringer, Chairman; Charles
Grigonis, Jr. and Joseph H. Sawicki. Absent were: Robert J.
Douglass and Serge Doyen%
The Chairman opened the meeting at 9:15 a.m.
NEW APPEAL NO. 3015. MARGUERITE R. WASSON. The board
reviewed this new application filed on July 15, 1982, and the
following resolution was adopted:
On motion by Mr. Goehringer, seconded by Mr. Grigonis, it was
RESOLVED, that Appeal No. 3015, application for MARGUERITE R.
WASSON, be held in abeyance pending review and receipt of comments
from the Southold Town Planning Board concerning this proposed
division of property.
Vote of the Board: Ayes: Messrs. Goehringer, Grigonis and
Sawicki. Members Douglass and Doyen were absent. This resolu-
tion was unanimously adopted.
RESERVED DECISION APPEAL NO. 2998. MARGARET DELLANO. The
public hearing on this application was held on July 8, 1982, which
was closed after receiving testimony and comments, pending delibera-
tions. It was noted that a report from the Building-Fire Inspector
was forthcoming in a day or two. This matter is to be placed on
the agenda for the board's next meeting.

SPECIAL MEETING
WE, the undersigned, being members of the Board of Appeals
of the Town of Southold, Suffolk County, New York, do hereby
severally waive notice of the time, place and purpose of the
meeting of the Board of Appeals to be held at the Southold Town
Hall, Main Road, Southold, New York on July 17, 1982 at 9:15 a.m.
and do hereby consent that the same
be held on said date for the transaction of any business which
may properly come before said meeting.
