SAWlCKI ~4 I N UT E S SPECIAL MEETING DECEMBER 1, 1982 A Special Meeting of the Southold Town Board of Appeals was held on Wednesday, December 1, 1982 at 7:30 o'clock p.m. at the Southold Town Hall, Office of the Board of Appeals, Main Road, Southold, New York. Present were: Gerard P. Goehringer, Chairman; Robert J. Doug- lass; Charles Grigonis, Jr. and Joseph H. Sawicki. Absent was Serge Doyen (Fishers Island). The Waiver of Notice of Special Meeting was executed by the board members. The Chairman called the meeting to order at 7:35 p.m. ADDITIONAL SET-UPS FOR NEXT REGULAR MEETING: On motion by Mr. Grigonis, seconded by Mr. Sawicki, it was RESOLVED, that the following two new appeal applications be and hereby are SCHEDULED FOR PUBLIC HEARINGS to be held at the next Regular Meeting of this board, to wit, December 16, 1982, and that notice of same be advertised in the local and official newspapers of the town, pursuant to law: Appeal No. 3060. Application of CYNTHIA KAMINSKY. Appeal No. 3059. Application of THEODORE and MEL METALIOS. Vote of the Board: Ayes: Messrs. Goehringer, Grigonis, Doug- lass and Sawicki. Member Doyen (Fishers Island) was absent. This resolution was unanimously adopted. ENVIRONMENTAL DECLARATIONS: On motion by Mr. Grigonis, seconde by Mr. Sawicki, it was RESOLVED, to declare the following Negative Environmental Declarations pursuant to S.E.Q.R.A., as follows: Southold Town Board o~ Appeals -2- December 1, 1982 Special Meeting APPEAL NO.: 3060 PROJECT NAME: CYNTHIA KAMINSKY This notice is issued pursuant to Part 617 (and Local Law #44-4) of the implementing regulations pertaining to Article 8 of the State Environmental Quality Review Act of the Environmental Conservation Law. This board determines the within project not to have a significant adverse effect on the environment. Also, please' take notice that this declaration should not be considered a determination made for any other department or agency which may also have an application pending for the same or similar project. TYPE OF ACTION: [X] Type II [ ] Unlisted [ ] DESCRIPTION OF ACTION: To construction addition (enclosed pool) with reduced rear (side) yard setback. LOCATION OF PROJECT: Town of Southold, County of Suffolk, more particularly known as: 75 Woodcliff Drive, Mattituck. REASONS) SUPPORTING THIS DETERMINATION: (1) An Environmental Assessment in the Short Form has been sub- mitted which indicates that no significant adverse effects to the environment are likely to occur should this project be implemented as planned. APPEAL NO.: PROJECT NAME: 3059 THEODORE and MEL METALIOS This notice is issued pursuant to Part 617 (and Local Law #44-4) of the implementing regulations pertaining to Article 8 of the State Environmental Quality Review Act of the Environmental Conservation Law. REASON(S) SUPPORTING THIS DETERMINATION: (1) An Environmental Assessment in the Short Form has been sub- mitted which indicates that no significant adverse effects to the environment are likely to occur should this project be implemented as planned. (Member Doyen, Fishers Island, was absent.) This reso- lution was unanimously adopted. The Chairman updated the board members on the status of Appeal No. 2930, application of SAL CAIOLA. Being there was no other business properly coming before the board at this time, the Chairman declared the meeting adjourned. SAWlCKI WAIVER OF NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING WE, the undersigned, being members of the Board of Appeals of the Town of Southold, Suffolk County, New York, do hereby severally waive notice of the time, place and purpose of the meeting of the Board of Appeals to be held at the Southold Town Hall, Main Road, Southold, New York on Wednesday, December 1, 1982 at 7:30 p.m. and do hereby consent that the same be held on said date for the transaction of any business which may properly come before said meeting.
