The brick chimney services a fireplace with a clay lined 8x12 flue, and a gas fired boiler and hot water heater with a clay lined 8x8 flue. The chimney is clean, has a good draft, and is in good condition. On 03/15/05, at my request, Lawrence Tuthill inspected this chimney. Larry has agreed to write an engineers report if needed.
