OTHER NOTABLE FEATURES OF BUILDING AND SITE (including interior features if known): This house was moved here from Virginia and represents a vernacular type quite different from the Connecticut and Long Island idiom. 21 story, 2 bay, side entrance plan, gable roof house. HISTORICAL AND ARCHITECTURAL IMPORTANCE: This very interesting old house points out the differences between early, regional house types.
