18. OTHER NOTABLE FEATURES OF BUILDING AND SITE (including interior features if known):
Large, long, irregular multi.—bayed, hip roof house in the Crafts—
man style, 12 story south facade, 22 story north facade. North
facade has stone ground-story with projecting gable roof porch
on west end, 2 story, semi-hexagonal bay window, and stair lead-
ing to balcony on second story. South (main) facade has sub-
sumed entrance porch held by curved braced posts, (see :?ttachment)

This very interesting complex of buildings in the Craftsman
mode is another example of the diversity of pre-VAV IT
types of summer country homes found on the east end of
Fishers Island,

projecting central gable with large, multi-paned rounded
window and keystone motif, double leaf main door with 21-
paned sidelights, garrison overhang with exposed timbers.
Windows 8/8, 8/12, and 12/12, some with "Z" motif on wood
board shutters. Hip roof dormers throughout. Large brick
paneled chimneys.
