DATE OF INITIAL CONSTRUCTION: C. 1910-15 ARCHITECT: BUILDER: �(f IIISIORICAL AND ARCHITECTURAL IMPORTANCE: One of three houses built c. 1912 in the vicinity of the fiddle Farms pondsrwhich were used to provide them with potable water before there were water mains.
