Located within a large , open area near the water, with
woodland at the perimeters of the clearing. Very low
density residential, private area.

Targe , 23 story, gambrel roof house with smaller, gambrel
roof wing on west. Band of shed roof dormers across main
section. Hooded shed roof entrance porch with broad
brackets. 6/6 windows.

�(f IIISIORICAL AND ARCHITECTURAL IMPORTANCE:
One of three houses built c. 1912 in the vicinity of the
fiddle Farms pondsrwhich were used to provide them with
potable water before there were water mains. The others
were the residences of Henry L. Ferguson (FI 29A),i and
Alfred Ti. Ferguson (FI 28) .
