DATE OF INITIAL CONSTRUCTION: 1929 ARCHITECT: Delano and Aldrich BUILDER: 20. HISTORICAL AND ARCHITECTURAL IMPORTANCE: This house was designed by a nationally prominent architectural firm and was published in the magazine Architecture in 1929. It is a fine example of the type of large country home that was built in the 1920's. The entrance pediment, copied from "Westover" in Virginia, is of special interest.
