Located in a low density, private residential area, in one of
the least populated areas of Fishers Island. Predominantly
open land surrounds the house. The golf course is adjacent.

Large, 21-2 story, 3 bay, side entrance plan, gable roof house
with center chimney. 2 story, gable roof, brick wing at south.
2 story, gable roof, shingle wing on north. Wood paneled
shutters. Main door with sidelights and copper entrance hood.

0. HISTORICAL AND ARCHITECTURAL IMPORTANCE:
This large house is built in a variation of the Long Island
farmhouse style that was popular in the early years of the 20th
century. It is a house type that is found repeatedly here on the
east end of Fishers Island.

connected to house by a shingled, arched passage with diamond
paned windows. Large stucco end chimney on main house.
