on a hill that slopes with Alpine Ave. to the SE. Large
church directly SE (WE-22) .

12 story, 4 bay, mansard roof house. Porch across the front with
thin, turned posts and intricate brackets with drop pendants.
Floor length windows on ground story of main facade. Main
door with detailed surround. 2/2 windows with lintel moldings
and small brackets. Brackets with drop pendants surrounding
SIGNIFICANCE - see attachment - Circa 1870's

20. HISTORICAL AND ARCHITECTURAL IMPORTANCE:
This is one of the houses built after Mr. Fox purchased
the island. It is a very well preserved example of its
type and reflects the island's historic development.

end and single windows elsewhere, with segmental arch upper
sash. Pair of brick chimneys. shed roof extension on rear.
