Located in a low-medium density residential area in the north
section of Fishers Island's west end. One of three identical
cottages that line the north side of the road, overlooking
Fishers Island Sound.
IH. OTHER NOTABLE FEATURES OF BUILDING AND SITE (including interior features if known):
21-2 story Shingle Style cottage with cross shaped enveloping
gambrel roof which extends with a bell cast down to the first
story. Gabled dormers. Deep subsumed porch on north facade with
slender paired columns and dentils. Recessed window in gable with
wrap-around shingled jambs under convex shingled hood in gable
SIGNIFICANCE peak. 12/2 windows.

20. HISTORICAL_ AND ARCHITECTURAL IMPORTANCE:
These Shingle Style cottages are an important component in
the history of Fishers Island as part of the large Munnatawket
Hotel complex. They reflect an era when this was a popular
summer resort.
