One of three identical cottages that line the north side of the road, overlooking Fishers Island Sound. IH. OTHER NOTABLE FEATURES OF BUILDING AND SITE (including interior features if known): 21-2 story Shingle Style cottage with cross shaped enveloping gambrel roof which extends with a bell cast down to the first story. Gabled dormers. Deep subsumed porch on north facade with slender paired columns and dentils. Recessed window in gable with wrap-around shingled jambs under convex shingled hood in gable SIGNIFICANCE peak. 12/2 windows. I1>. DATE OFF INITIAL CONSTRUCTION: Circa 1900 ARCHITECT: BUILDER: 20. HISTORICAL_ AND ARCHITECTURAL IMPORTANCE: These Shingle Style cottages are an important component in the history of Fishers Island as part of the large Munnatawket Hotel complex.
