Located in a low density, residential area of summer houses
on the west end of Fishers Island. Hay Harbor at the west.

2z story, gambrel roof, multi-bay house with wraparound porch and
octagonal pavillion at SW corner. Tapered columns under heavily
molded cornice at porch and pavillion. Shed roof dormer on west
facade of gambrel, under semi-hexagonal upper dormer. 212, 412,
and transom windows. Brick foundation posts and chimney.
SIGNIFICANCE

20. FIISTORICAL AND ARCHITECTURAL IMPORTANCE:
This gambrel roof Shingle Style cottage is typical of the cottages
built on the west end at the turn of the century. The two levels
of dormers at 2nd and 3rd floor levels is of special
interest.
