Wrap-araound sub- sumed porch with triple and double columns on large squared pedestals and intricate turned balusters. Cornice at first floor level with scroll brackets. HISTORICAL AND ARCHITECTURAL IMPORTANCE: This is one of about 30 shingled cottages of various types that were built for the Mansion House Hotel guests at the turn of the century.
