Harbor. Predominantly open, sloping land. Surrounded by
other residences of similiar date and scale, grouped to
the south of Hay Harbor.

2 story, gable roof, asymmetrical house. Prominent, 22 story
wing with high pyramidal roof and gable roof balcony porch
on 2nd story. Sunburst trim in peak. Wall face dormers.
Variegated shingle cladding on 2nd story..

This unusual house retains enough of its original fabric to
be of architectural interest. Probably erected in the 1870"s
by Bartlett (who built several cottages in the vicinity) , it
contributes to the sense of place.
