Wall face dormers. Decorative porch post braces. 2/2 windows. SIGNIFICANCE N. DATE OF INITIAL CONSTRUCTION: 1870's* or 1880 ARCHITECT: BUILDER: 20. HISTORICAL AND ARCHITECTURAL IMPORTANCE: One of the oldest cottages on the island, built by Bartlett shortly after Fox died.
