Historic District . Open farmland surrounds the house,
which is situated close to the edge of Orchard St. Dense
brush covers the dilapidated section, facing Orchard St .

11-story, 3 bay, side entrance plan, gable roof house with
missing center chimney and tin shingle roof. Wide entrance
door, 5/E windows . 12-stony, 4 bay, gable roof wing at NTN
corner with tin shingle roof, and interior end chimney.

10. HISTORICAL AND ARC ITECTURAL IMPORTANCE:
The 4 bay wing is an occupied residence . The main house
is very dilapidated and uninhabitable . However, this relic
of the past is a classic Orient early house-type , histor-
ically and architecturally important . It was W.J. Young
on 1873 atlas.
