DATE OF INITIAL CONSTRUCTION: 1750 ARCHITECT: BUILDER: _ _10. HISTORICAL AND ARCHITECTURAL IMPORTANCE: This house was not only indicated on the 1838 map but was identified by name , B. Tuthill, which would indi- cate that it was a significant property. Tt was B.H. Tfithill in 1909 . This historic house and its barn contribute to the ambience of this historic community.
