20. HISTORICAL AND ARCHITECTURAL IMPORTANCE:
The house doesn' t appear on the 1838 map , nor on the
1858 map. It is believed to be Kokendoffer on the
1873 , 1906 and 1909 maps . It is a well kept old
house that retains its integrity. It contributes to
the historic atmosphere of the community.
