SIGNIFICANCE
19. DATE OF INITIAL CONSTRUCTION: Circa 1850, date 1812 cut in
a bedroom door.

L0. HISTORICAL AND ARCHITECTURAL IMPORTANCE:
This house was built for Albert Fox Beebe. It was inherited by his
grandson, Harold Latham, whose daughter sold it in 1972 to William
C. and Bonnie W. Rose.
Harold Austin Latham (1888-1971) farmed this land he inherited from
his grandparents. His grandmother was Helen (Prince) Beebe.
