FEATURES OF BUILDING AND SITE (including interior features if known): Early, 1%2 story, 5 bay, center chimney, gable roof house. 2 story, 3 bay, flat roof wing on east with paired brackets and drop pendants. SIGNIFICANCE 19. DATE OF INITIAL CONSTRUCTION: Early house; the wing may date from 1841, as this date was found on a cellar beam. ARCHITECT: T: BUI LDI:R: 41 20. HISTORICAL AND ARCHITLCTURAL IMPORTANCE: This important typical North Fork "Cape Cod Style" house was owned by Jos. Droskowski c. 1974. The house contributes to the historic ambience of Kings Hwy. 21.
