Hwy. (NYS Rte. 25) . Mix of wooded and open land surrounds the house.

1%2 story, 5 bay, gable roof house. Center entrance with fluted pilasters
and elaboratly molded architrave. Windows with louvered shutters.

This house was owned by•Wm. Beebe, according to the 1909 map, and
apparently was owned by Wm. Hobart in 1873.
According to local accounts, a wing on the west was removed.
