1 story, flat roof win; on east with semi-hexagonal bay
window and matching brackets . Porch across front with
brackets and sawn eliptical spandrels . 6/6 windows ,
SIGNIFICANCE entrance with transom.

20. HISTORICAL AND ARCHITEAIRAL IMPORTANCE:
Owned by E. Rackett in 1897 and 1906, and by Mrs . E.E.
Rackett in 1909. Mrs . Fitting, the owner, says that house
was sold by David B . and Harriet Edwards to Rackett circa
1900 .
This well preserved old house is a key element in this
historic streetscape .
