the north. Elevated site on Terry Hill.

Large 21 story, -able roof house on high stone foundation
with 2 semi-eliptical dormers and stone off-center chim-
ney. 2nd story windowed balconies across south facade,
supported by large braced timbers . 21, story, gable roof
wing on east with stone end chimney. Elaborate Colonial
SIGNIFICANCE Revival style stair window head on south facade.

20. HISTORICAL AND ARCHITECTURAL IMPORTANCE:
Apparently Knox owned this property before this house was
constructed, for there is a Knox house shown here on the
1909 map. This was probably built as a summer home .
