Rd. (NYS Rte. 25) , on an incline. Wooded to the east ,
predominantly open land to the west. Midway between
Long Island Sound to the north , and Orient Harbor to south.
In. OTHER NOTABLE I-EATURES OF BUILDING AND SITE (including interior features if known):
12 story, gable roof, Craftsman-style house of stucco and
simulated half—timber, Semi-wraparound porch in the form
of a pergola. Garage wing, addad circa 1925.

The owner, Mrs . Lomas , is architect Beverly King's daughter.
Beverly King also designed the Engineer's Club and Finch-
ley Building, NYC . This house was part of "The Cedars" , W.
W. Stephenson's (see OH-3 ) property that he divided among
his sons and daughters in the decades after his house was
constructed. The Lomas family also own the clam house on
the marsh. (OR-1A) .
