medium density residential area surrounded by houses of
a later date .and smaller scale . Wooded property.
IH. OTHER NOTABLE: FEATURES OF BUILDING AND SITE (including interior features if known)-
2 story, 3 bay, flat roof house . dide roof overhang was
originally supported on heavy brackets . Rounded windows
on 2nd story have sashes in the Venetian style with round
topped muntins . Some original interior woodwork remains .

This house stood on the SE corner of Main Rd . , East
Marion, and Cedar Ln. until 1922 . It is notable for
the 2nd story windows with unusual rounded muntins .
H.B . Gardiner owned the house in 1873 .,.
