DATE OF INITIAL CONSTRUCTION: Prior to 1838 ARCIIITECI': - - BUILDER: Samuel Hawkins 1884 addition. 'ri HISTORICAL AND ARCHITECTURAL IMPORTANCE: In 1880 it was reported that builder Samuel Hawkins was erecting a 2 story addition, 15x19 feet , to the residence of Wm. H. Tuthill of East Marion.
