Located on Main -Rd. , historic Kings Hwy. , (NYS Rte. 25) ,
the east-west route through East Marion. It is now part of
the "Blue Dolphin" motel complex and is surrounded by pre-
dominantly smaller, historic houses of varying date .

22 story, cross-shaped house with bracketed gable roof and
hipped wraparound porch. Pointed 2/2 windows in gable peaks
with clipped shingles .

20. HISTORICAL AND ARCHITECTURAL IMPORTANCE:
This house was owned by Brooks in 1897 and 1909. In spite
of alterations , the house still contributes to the his-
toric streetscape .
