11 story, 2 bay 2nd story, 3 bay side entrance plan ground
story, L-shaped gable roof house , gable end to the street .
Semi-wraparound porch, partially infilled. Small under-eave
windows on 2nd story east elevation. 4/4 windows , tapered
porch columns .

T-This house was owned by a Rackett in 1858 and 1873 , and by
