DA"iL OF INITIAL CONSTRUCTION: Mid-nineteenth century ARCHITECT: BUILDL:R: '10. HISI'ORIC.AL AND ARCHITECTURAL IMPORTANCE: Owned by Bryants after WW II, the house was bought from Wayland Caulkins whose family owned the house back to at least 1897.
