Shed roof porch across the front with 4 Tuscan columns. SIGNIFICANCE I1). DATE OF INITIAL CONSTRUCTION_ Circa 1815 or 1818. ARCHITECT: BUILDER: 20. HISTORICAL AND ARCHITECTURAL IMPORTANCE: This house is # 59 on the map Historic Sites of Southold Town to 1815. It is # 1 on the Summer of History 1965 map, section 3.
