Bracketed roof with decorated vergeboards . Scroll sawn— work in gable peaks with pendant drops in main gables. Wrap—around porch with Tuscan columns . SIGNIFICANCE 19. DATE OF INITIAL CONSTRUCTION: Prior to 1873 . ARCHITECT: BUILDER: 0. HISTORICAL AND ARCHITECTURAL IMPORTANCE: This house appears to have been T. Conklin on the 1873 map , and Benj . Johnson in 1909 .
