HISTORICAL AND ARCIIITLCTURAL IX10 While there was a house in this area on the 1838 map, it is not known whether or not that building may have been incorporated in the present resi- dence. It was Brown on the 1873 map, Templeton in 1909 , and H.H.P.Wynkoop on the 1934 Sanborn map. Royal Toner, an Oyster King, owned until 1965 .
