(he b. 1782, d. 1826) I 'Their house once stood on the north side of 71d North Road just where it joins Rte 1 48 and is the H.C. Prince property shown on the 1909 Map, App. A. It was near 1111 the SW corner of the lot. B.T. Payne wrote in 1905 that it may have been moved there, for Ezra built a large chimney in it in 1816 and it had "no other mason work." His son Albert sold the house in 18219, and it was moved to Horton`s Lane. It is now the fourth house north of the tracks. (1982) [Hntn , v_A, pp.33,1291 #26. Martin S. Prince House, Southold. (he b. 1792, d. 1855) This house sits on a rise on Route 48 just east of Ezra Prince's property described above. The oldest part of the structure is the two story section at the right. It was remodelled in 1982: windows and interior walls changed and a full length porch removed from the one story wing. When the Thompson family owned it, they took summer boarders. #30. William M. and Wait.y Prince House, Southold. (he b, 1785, d. 1877) In 1857, a year after they were married, William and his second wife Waity built this house directly behind what is now the Methodist Parsonage, on a two pole way laid out and opened by Joseph H.
