Town Harbor Lane is one of Southold' s historic roads
with eleven old houses still stnading.

Large 22-story Queen Anne house. Main 3-bay section roof
with clipped jerkin headed gables . 2-bay wing on south
has octagonal tower with ogival roof. Fagade gable over
front entrance. Gables and tower are clad in decorative
shingles. Porch across center bays with turned posts and
SIGNIFICANCE pierced spandrels.

20. HISTORICAL AND ARCHITECTURAL IMPORTANCE:
Was Chandler house in 1909.
In 1873 there was a house on this site owned by B. F. Booth.
If so , that house was embellished with the Queen Anne
tower and decorative shingles at a later period.
