Town Harbor Lane is one of Southold's historic roads
with eleven old houses still standing.

21-story, 3-bay, side entrance plan house with high mansard
roof enclosing a full 3rd storey. 6/6 windows, and 2/2
window in the mansard dormers. Entrance with pilasters and
side lights . Porch across the front with turned posts.
1-story hexagonal bay window on south. Brick foundation.
SIGNIFICANCE Matching 2-story wing in rear.

Apparently this was an older house with mansard 3rd floor
added.
This is an interesting and handsome old house . It contri-
butes to the ambience of this historic streetscape .
