Short, low density town lane , with some old houses that
lend character to the street.

12-story, 3-bay, gable roof house , reshingled with wood
shingles. Italianate overhang. 3 small windows under the
eaves. 2/2 windows.
1-story flat-roof wing on rear.

20. HISTORICAL AND ARCIIITECTURAL IMPORTANCE:
Was Steller house in 1909
As it doesn't appear on the 1873 map, it is presumed that
it was built between 1873 and 1909. This house is shown
on the 1929 Sanborn map.
The house is a well preserved example of a classic North
Fork house type. It contributes to the ambience of this
historic community.
