Historic Pine Neck Road traverses a low density area with
scattered residences , open fields and woods. Some properties
with landscaping and well kept lawns. There were six houses
shown on Pine Neck Road on the 1838 map.

10. IiISTORiCAL AND ARCHITECTURAL IMPORTANCE:
Breistad was owner in 1909 and in 1929. The property ex-
tended south all the way to Goose Neck. Today nearby
Breistadt Court recalls that ownership.
