Johnson 9768 122nd Way Seminole, Fla. 33772 RE: Request for Waiver Dear MS. Johnson, The $outhold Town Board of Trustees received your request for a Waiver to add three feet to the existing bathroom and enclose a portion of the deck in front of the bathroom and bring the existing deck around the front of the house. While we can see that these projects seem minor in construction, we might have to ask for a full application as these activities are within the 75' wetlands boundary line, and the rule is "any activity within 75' of the high water mark requires a full application". Mr. Albert J. Krupski, Jr. who is the President of the Trustees has been away for a few days and when he gets back Monday, February 14, I will'show him the application for a Waiver and he will let me know if it will be a full application or not. I will then call you in Florida and let you know if you have to fill out additional papers. You also have to notify the adjoining neighbors and the one across the road from this property before the meeting date which is March 22, 2000. Enclosed are the addresses of these neighbors that have to be notified by Register, Return Receipt mail. Also if you could have the area where the additional feet will be, staked, so that on field inspection day, which is March 15, we can visually see where the additions will come out from and how close to the water they will be. If you have any questions, please call our office at 631-765-1892 Clerk. Board of Trustees o# Susan L.
