Dear Ms. Beutelschies:
The Southold Town Board of Trustees reviewed the survey dated January 10, 2000 and
determined the proposed addition to be out of the Wetland jurisdiction under Chapter 97 of the
Town Wetland Code and Chapter 37 of the Town Code.
However, any activity within 100' of the Wetland line and/or seaward of the Coastal Erosion
Line would require a further review from this office.
This determination is not a determination from any other agency.
