From the information presented, it appears that the proposed work does not include the construction of any structure in or over any navigable water, coastal or inland wetlands, the excavation from or deposit of material in such areas or the accomplishment of any work affecting the course, location, condition or capacity of such areas. Therefore, an individual Department of the Army authorization in accordaace with 33 322.2 (a) - 330 will not be required provided the proposed work is executed in accordance with the referenced materials. Care should be taken so that construction materials, including debris, do not eater the waterway and become a source of drift.
