Thank you for visiting our property today to address a complaint made regarding it
and to give us guidance os to how to proceed.
As per our discussion, our understanding is that we have permission to continue to
maintain our property as viewed this morning. This involves keeping our trees free
of vines and brambles. We will also find the appropriate plantings and proceed to
put the plantings between our driveway and the phragmites.
We also discussed cutting the phragmites to approximotely 1 foot to clear a view to
our pond. Enclosed is our survey showing the area we wish to cut and maintain.
Please be assured that we are very interested in maintaining the natural
environment and value of our property. As such, we will be in contact with you if we
have questions about the area surrounding our pond.
We look forward to receiving your letter of permission that you spoke of so that we
may submit it to the court on November 3Oth.
