WHEREAS, Proper-T Services. on behalf of Joseph Herzog & Carol Brad)' Town Trustees for a pemfit under the provisions of the Wetland Ordinance of the Town of Southold, application dated September 5, 2002 WHEREAS, said application was referred to the Southold To~vn Conservation Advisory Council for their findings and recommendations, and WHEREAS, a Public Heating xvas held by the Town Trustees xvith respect to said application on September 25, 2002 at which time all interested persons were given an opportunity to be heard, and, WHEREAS, the Board members have personally viewed and are familiar with the premises in question and the surrounding area, and, WHEREAS, the Board has considered all the testimony and documentation submitted concerning this application, and, 2 WHEREAS, the structure complies with the standard set forth in Chapter 97-18 of the Southold Town Code. WHEREAS, the Board has determined that the project as proposed will not affect the health, safety and general welfare of the people of the town, NOW THEREFORE BE IT, RESOLVED, that the Board of Trustees approved the application of Joseph Herzog & Carol Brady for a Wetland Permit to construct additions to existing frame house - garage 25'x26' +/- room - 18'x20' +/- deck 8'x52' +/- and deck 6'x20' +/- with drywells, gutters and haybales. as per plans stamped dated January 16, 2003 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this determination should not be considered a determination made for any other Department or Agency, which may also have an application pending for the same or similar project. Fee must be paid, if applicable and permit issued within six months of the date of this notification. If inspections are required, at a fee of $5.00 per inspection (See attached schedule).
