Each applica~ pwposes to dredge with a clam shell bucket, a maximum of 100 cubic yards per event from 10 foot by 70 foot and I0 foot by 145 foot areas, respectively, out. shore of existing bulkheads, three times during the ten-year duration of a Department of the Army permit, if issued. All dredged material would be trucked to a state-appwved upland site where it would be suitably retained so as to prevent its reentry into any waterbody.
