Box 2003 Bridgehampton NY 11932-2'003 RE: PETER JACQUES SCTM 978-2-18.2 Dear Mr. Ivans, The Southold Town Board of Trustees reviewed the survey dated and received in our office on October 8, 1999 and determined that the construction of a single family dwelling and clearing of property to be out of the Trustee Wetland jurisdiction, under Chapter 97, of the Town Wetland Code, provided a row of staked haybales be placed at the "clearing limits" line shown on survey during construction. However, any activity within 75' of the Wetland line would require permits from this office. However, this determination is not a determination from any other agency.
