The Southold Town Board of Trustees reviewed the survey dated January 13, 2000 and
last revised July 23, 2002 and determined the proposed house and garage to be out of
the Wetland jurisdiction under Chapter 97 of the Town Wetland Code.
However, any activity within 100' of a Wetland line would require permits from this
office.
This determination is not a determination from any other agency.
