HISTORICAL AND ARCHITECTURAL IMPORTANCF: This estate is significant as a surviving example of a large early 20th century estate. It is also significant as it was originally a summer hotel in the 19th century. Unusual architectural details are the handsome , elliptical arches of the garage and connecting arbor. 21.
